Juvéderm

CoolSculpting® can be described as a non-surgical liposuction and a way to lose those annoying bumps and bulges of stubborn fat. This revolutionary fat reduction technology targets and cools unwanted fat cells in the selected area to induce a noticeable, natural-looking reduction in fat bulges.

Restylane

Restylane is very popular dermal filler; safe and natural. Restylane like other dermal fillers revitalise and rejuvenate the skin – they are clear gels which add volume when injected in small quantities. They can be used in a number of different areas, most commonly the face including the lips but also the backs of the hands, the neck and the décolletage.

PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR BUILDING, MAY NOT BE RETURNED BACK TO OUR BUILDING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPHOLD THIS POLICY.

LATE ARRIVALS:
It is best to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you arrive later than the scheduled start time we still have to end your treatment on the initial scheduled end time. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for the cost of the initial scheduled appointment. In order to get the most of your treatments by us, please be on time!

 

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING
Your appointment is very important to us. They are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments; 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

ANY APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED/RESCHEDULED OR CHANGED WITHOUT 24 HOURS NOTICE WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE EQUAL TO 50% OF THE RESERVED SERVICE AMOUNT.

We recognize the time of our clients is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time.

Please remember that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation notification was received timely.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or rescheduling fee will apply.

 

SICK OR FEELING UNWELL
If you are sick or under the weather, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. Getting treatment t while sick is not recommended and in some cases can make you feel worse. We also would like to remind you that MENNY ROYAL TRICHOLOGY CLINIC is an open space, and want to make sure to respect and protect everyone’s well-being.

 

PAYMENT POLICY
A full payment is required at the time of booking. Full payments is due at time of service. If you choose to use an alternate form of payment at the time of your appointment, you may do so. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks.

 

REFUNDS
Unfortunately, hair care products and cosmetic services are non-refundable.

QUIET ENVIRONMENT As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Cell phones and all mobile devices must be turned off or put on silent when checking in.   CHILDREN & VISITORS ACCOMPANYING THE CLIENT Due to our limited seating and our guest to maintain the clinic ambiance, the clinic facilities are reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors accompanying clients in the treatment areas or the relaxation areas of the clinic including those complying with our age restriction policy. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.   AGE REQUIREMENTS All clinic guests must be 12 years of age or older, minors must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. All guests under the age of 18 must bring a signed consent form.   MEDICAL CONDITIONS Please advise us at time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy or special needs which may affect your services.   Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
  • Cancer
  • Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
  • Swollen or painful lymph nodes
  • Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
  • New injury of any kind
  • Open sores
  • Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
  • Diabetes
  • Blood Disorder and Disease
 
Please note that individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, Must wait at least 2 weeks before any Hair treatment can be performed.

Individuals prescribed Accutane ( Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6 weeks after completion of the prescription before any Hair treatment can be performed.
